Forests stabilize our climate by removing and storing air-born carbon. They regulate rainfall. They shelter more than half of all living species. And they’re a vital source of food, medicine, clean water, and recreational and spiritual respite.

That’s why we promote veneers certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC). An FSC seal guarantees that your veneer was derived from a well-managed forest that uses practices that honor the local environment, economy and indigenous people.

In the last 12 years, the FSC has certified more than 84 million hectares of forest land. It’s an impressive start, but we can do more. And you can help by including FSC veneers in your design specifications. As more clients become committed to green building practices, you’ll be glad you did.
